You may have discovered us through a love of gin but also worth checking out is our dining menu by Head Chef Enrico de Leon offering a range beautiful contemporary Spanish tapas. Dishes include baby squid fritas, skirt steak adobada and potato manchego croquettes. Perfect for a romantic date!
On Thursday nights, enjoy a chef’s selection of five dishes for $35pp*. For a limited time. Vegetarian or gluten-intolerance can be catered for.

Could not believe how great this place was. The decor was warm and welcoming and the gin selection was amazing. After our gin cocktails we went upstairs for food that I could eat over and over again, it really was that good. We ordered 8 different share platters and every dish was mouth watering and very reasonably priced. I can't wait to get back there. Keep up the high standards, you've got a winning restaurant.

I visited on Sunday and the girl behind the bar was such a delight. Rather than becoming impatient with me for not knowing what I wanted when she was clearly busy, she took the time to help me make a choice and teach me about new gins I’d never tried before. Very nice setup, the lizard on the wall is very cute and a nice touch. I think I’ve found a new meeting spot for me and the girls!

Fabulous food that just melts in your mouth. I thought there would be an all in brawl when sharing the Crispy Pork, everyone at the table wanted it. The service is fabulous even though they are very busy. Comfortable surroundings and oh did I mention the food!!!! Portions were generous. I WILL definitely be back, thank you!!

I filled out the online enquiry through their webpage and from that moment on it was a breeze. Matt, the owner coordinated everything. Lunch for 20 people. The wait staff were lovely, knowledgeable about both food and beverages. Their gin knowledge was a delight. The first course, various selection at the table was an amazing combination of flavours. That cauliflower dish was wonderful as were all the others. Main and sides were plentiful and delicious. Beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection. Don't lose that chef.From start to finish Dutch Courage has been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to Matt, wait staff and chef. We will be back. You made our lunch easy, special and memorable.

The cocktails are crazy off the wall perfect anything you order will be brilliant, the team know all their ingredients and can help you choose as trust me it'll be tough. We are hard core carnivores and to be served vegetables cooked so perfectly and to be fought over is a significant accomplishment. Share everything - drink all and leave happy.

Dutch Courage has a great atmosphere and is certainly a great place to meet your friends for casual drinks and special events. Their cocktail menu is a real experience that everyone should indulge in at least once. Ever had a cocktail served in a teapot? Go ahead and treat yourself. The staff are friendly and professional and really know how to poor a drink. The bar is well stocked with a variety of liquors for those who prefer something other 5han cocktails. Do yourself a favour and drop by with your friends this weekend.

Great atmosphere. We got a table even when they were pretty squeezed. Everything on the menu from the drinks to sides has either some kind of smoky or tangy touch to them which is amazing. Bar tender helped introduce us to gin based on whisky preferences.

What a surprise this place is. Incredible quality of exceptional food and drinks. Went there for dinner. Everything was top notch, they must have one of the best chefs in Brisbane hiding away. Flavours went extremely well together. Dessert was definitely no disappointment either.
